Founded by Rebecca (“Beka”) and Savanna, Homes By Bas was created to bring a more personal, stress-free, and knowledgeable approach to helping families buy and sell homes in San Antonio and beyond.

At Homes By Bas, our mission is to guide our clients, educate our community, and provide a caring, worry-free real estate journey from start to finish.

Meet Beka & Savanna

Beka is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who transitioned into a career in Information Technology after her military service. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science and Engineering, bringing strong analytical skills, precision, and problem-solving into every transaction.

Savanna comes from a background as a Mortgage Specialist, giving her a deep understanding of the financial side of homeownership — from loan programs to closing timelines. She is currently working toward her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, continuing to strengthen the foundation that helps her better serve clients.

Together, Beka  and Savanna have been partners in life since 2008. Their journey has taken them across the country — from California to Dallas and finally back to San Antonio, which Savanna proudly calls home.
Beka, originally from Virginia, grew up in a military family, giving her a strong appreciation for adaptability, discipline, and building community wherever life takes her.

In 2022, they eloped in Yosemite National Park, a reflection of their shared love for adventure, nature, and meaningful experiences.

Why “BAS”?

The name “BAS” comes from something very special — their first dog, a beloved mini poodle named Bas, whose name was created from Beka + Savanna. What started as a fun idea quickly became a symbol of everything they stand for: loyalty, joy, and building something meaningful together.

Their family has since grown to include their parrot Sami, proudly keeping the BAS tradition alive.
